Registration fees are non-refundable, except in cases of camp cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances. If a camper is unable to attend due to medical emergencies, please contact us with proper documentation.

Weather or Emergency Plans: In the event of severe weather, camp activities may be adjusted or moved indoors (if a facility is available). Updates will be communicated via email and social media.
